Steven Jesse Bernstein; the Sad Bag

Perhaps you remember this one.  Here's an obscure cassette only release from 1990.  3 poems and 4 songs...sounds a bit like Tom Waits after a lozenge.

Gil Scott Heron 1/12/'78 Eugene

Looking back on 2011 I was profoundly moved by the loss of the great Gil Scott Heron.  Just on the cusp of his reemergence after his first release in nearly 15 years , it looked like he was about to deliver his message to a whole new generation when he was abruptly taken from us. I think the message here should be- "if you got something to do, better get started today".

Tell it.
